A couple of weeks ago Ben and I had some time to kill so we spent about an hour wandering around the Capitol Market. We had a fantastically relaxing time admiring the amazing flowers and greenery that are in season now and treated ourselves to some delicious lemonade provided by the Mountaineer Montessori “Lemonade Day”
